Katy Perry was appeared in her own acoustic special on MTV in 2009. Around that time she was in relation ship with British comedian Russell Brand. They became engaged over the New Year's holiday while on tripe to India.On 23 October, 2010, the couple married in India in a traditional Hindu ceremony.
