Drew Barrymore
Drew Berrymore was born on february 22, 1975, at Culver City. she is granddaughter of John Berrymore and grandiece of Ethel Berrymore and Lionel Berrymore.
At the very small age she already appeared in her first commercial, and at the age of 4 snagged her first movie role "Alerted States"
After that her most famous role come a few year later - as Gertie in Stephen Speilberg's " E. T. The Extra - Terrestrial", with more star assignments quickly following in "Irreconcilable Differences" and in the film version of Stephen King's "Firestarter"
After that Drew Berrymore began roller coaster career in films - that saw the young star experimenting with drugs and alcohol before the age of 12, followed by a bout with rehab, a series of teen sexpot roles in "Poison Lvy(1992)' "The Amy Fisher Story (1993)", and "batman Forever in(1995)'- the same year Drew berrymore posed nude for Playboy. she was all of 20 years old.
At the age of 21, Drew Berrymore's career began again - in an upward direction - with critical raves for 'nice girl' roles in Woody Allen's "Everyone Says I Love You", followed a few years later with a gentle, endearing perfomance in "The Wedding Singer" and finally as a lovelorn young innocent in "Naver Been Kissed".
Drew Berrymore next appeared in the most popular "Charlies's Angels" Cameron Diaz, and became the real-life producer of the cult classic, "Donnie Darko" starring Jack Gyllenhaal.
In the year 2005, she won for "favorite On-Screen Chemistry" along side Adam Sandler at the People's Choice Awards for her perfomance in "Fifty First Dates".
In 2008 she again turns producer and stars in the summer comedy "He's just Not Into You', co-starring Jennifer Aniston and Scarlett Johansson, scheduled to open in August.
Berrymore was married brielfy to Welsh bar owner, Jeremy Thomas in 1994 and to comedian Tom Green in 2001, both relationship ending in divorce a short time later.
